Amidst reports of many Republicans and Conservatives of all backgrounds, abandoning the McCain campaign, and getting ready to save their rear ends, it looks like Sarah Palin may be getting ready to distance herself as well.
Ms Palin’s electric effect on the Republican base has conservative pundits and strategists contemplating the Alaska Governor as a possible presidential candidate in four years if the polls prove correct and Senator McCain loses on November 4, The Australian reports.
She has been a regular on conservative talkback radio, saying she would be more aggressive in making the case against Senator Obama.
